中心粒細(xì)胞會被巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes清除嗎？

巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質(zhì)體廣泛用于體內(nèi)和體外清除單核巨噬細(xì)胞，我們在使用荷蘭Liposoma巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑時，盡管該產(chǎn)品頻頻見刊于Cell，Nature和Science。但是巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑會不會清除中心粒細(xì)胞？很多研究者有這個擔(dān)心。一方面我們可以在自己的模型里面驗證，另一方面，我們也可以參考文獻(xiàn)。比如如下這篇JCI的老牌雜志文獻(xiàn)，炎性疼痛模型。作者的數(shù)據(jù)證明：巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質(zhì)體（Liposoma）不會清除中心粒細(xì)胞。
